The following services will automatically be pinged/notified when you publish normal or future timestamped posts. Not when you edit previously published posts, as WordPress does by default.

This plugin also fixes an issue with the default extended ping programming in Wordpress and pre-2.1 versions of Smart Update Pinger (it now includes the url of the new post).

NB: this list is synchronized with the original update services list.

En realidad, normalmente seguimos caminos equivocados o por lo menos muy limitados. Hoy d\u00eda quiero hablar sobre la trampa mas tentadora en que solemos caer:<\/p>\n

\u201cDar poder de Felicidad a las situaciones\u201c<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Damos “Poder de Felicidad” a las situaciones <\/span>cuando buscamos la felicidad<\/em> en cosas externas como nuevos objetos o situaciones de entretenimiento. En ese caso no le damos importancia al hecho que el disfrute siempre es algo interno. Que aunque la situaci\u00f3n sea disfrutable, la medida en que vamos a disfrutarla siempre va a depender de nuestra capacidad interna de disfrutar<\/span> o sea, de la profundidad, fuerza y flexibilidad de nuestra Capacidad de Felicidad<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u00a1O sea, hay una facultad innata de poder disfrutar y ser feliz! \u00bfQue tal si se podr\u00eda fortalecer esa Capacidad de Felicidad directamente?\u201c (Se puede).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entonces, en vez de depender de situaciones externas podemos fortalecer y flexibilizar directamente nuestra capacidad de Felicidad. Como resultado vamos a poder saborear m\u00e1s de lo que tenemos y vamos a poder disfrutar el camino de crear cada vez m\u00e1s de lo que queremos en nuestra vida.<\/p>\n

Me siento mal porque …<\/strong><\/span>
\nTambi\u00e9n le damos un poder equivocado a las situaciones cuando nos decimos: \u201eMe siento mal porque me pas\u00f3 tal cosa \u2026\u201c<\/p>\n

\u00bfCuantas veces te has dicho eso los \u00faltimos d\u00edas? \u00bfA caso te pas\u00f3 algo que te hizo sentir ira, frustraci\u00f3n, tristeza o alg\u00fan otro sentimiento \u201cnegativo? \u00bfEntonces ser\u00eda m\u00e1s verdadero decir: “Me siento mal porque siento triste (etc. ) y no s\u00e9 como sentirme bien con la tristeza …(etc.)”, no cierto?<\/p>\n

La buena noticia es: aceptando y procesando bien lo que sientes puedes llegar a sentirte bien con todos tus sentimientos. S\u00ed es cierto, con todos.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfTe das cuenta lo que eso significa? Cuando la vida te riega con regalos, eso s\u00ed puedes disfrutar, \u00bfNo cierto?<\/p>\n

\u00bfY cuando te regala situaciones de desaf\u00edo y al mismo tiempo te da los sentimientos para poder asumir y vencer el desaf\u00edo \u00bfSe puede disfrutar eso tambi\u00e9n?<\/p>\n

S\u00ed se puede.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Todo depende de tu disposici\u00f3n y tu capacidad de procesar e integrar tus sentimientos. Todo depende de que apliques tu facultad innata de integrar tus sentimientos a tu sentido de bienestar.<\/p>\n

Es decir, nuestro bienestar emocional y nuestra felicidad no depende de las situaciones externas.<\/p>\n

Un buen paso<\/strong> hacia m\u00e1s Felicidad …<\/span><\/h3>\n

La pr\u00f3xima vez que te encuentres pensando \u201eMe siento mal porque pas\u00f3 \u2026. (tal cosa) puedes salir de la trampa y decirte: \u201eMe siento mal porque no estoy procesando bien mis sentimientos\u201c.<\/p>\n
