This plugin also fixes an issue with the default extended ping programming in Wordpress and pre-2.1 versions of Smart Update Pinger (it now includes the url of the new post).

Culpa como cadena perpetua

culpaMuchas veces, cuando enseño el ejercicio para fortalecer el amor propio nos enfrentamos a una barrera interna que nos impide acceder a ese alimento del alma tan básico. ¿De que barrera se trata? Estoy hablando de la CULPA.

Puede ser que nos sintamos culpable por algo concreto que hemos hecho, entonces es de dedicarse a ese tema con ejercicios específicos parar resolverlo.

Pero la Culpa también puede ser un patrón estructural, como una cadena perpetua, un peso aplastante que impide nuestro desarrollo personal. Es importante saber si inconscientemente te está limitando este patrón energético-mental. Simplemente hazte las siguientes preguntas:

  • ¿Cuando alguien te señala un error tuyo, fácilmente te sientes culpable y/o empiezas a defenderte, sintiéndolo como un ataque a la esencia misma de tu persona?
  • ¿Te sueles encontrar en discusiones sobre quien tiene la culpa? (En vez de simplemente buscar la solución a un problema?
  • ¿Fácilmente te sientes culpable por cosas que ni son tu verdadera responsabilidad?
  • ¿Cuando percibes que te están criticando a menudo te defiendes culpando al otro?

Si el tema de la culpa te está limitando, Hay una Clave que puede ayudar: La próxima vez que te sientas culpable pregúntate interiormente cual es tu responsabilidad real en esa situación y entonces asúmela con dignidad y fuerza.

Culpa como “Tema Básico“

Si la clave que señalé arriba no tiene mucho efecto puede ser que la Culpa tenga raíces más profundas y sea tu “Tema Básico“. Es el caso cuando sientes Culpa por el mismo hecho de existir, por ocupar espacio, por tener necesidades, por pensar que tu fuerza vital lastima a los demás o que tienes algo malo en tí. Es cuando sientes que la Culpa no te da el derecho de estar feliz o que te obliga a compensarla constantemente, reduciéndote, complaciendo a los demás, ayudándoles compulsivamente etc. En este caso es imprescindible desarraigar ese patrón negativo para poder desarrollarse plenamente.
